At the beginning of our session we will discuss expectations, get a good feel for our vibe and make sure it is a good fit. (Please note: I reserve the right to refuse service. Money paid in advance will be refunded.) You will remain fully clothed or clothed to your comfort level. I will then ask you to lie on your back on a lounger. We will take some deep breaths and set an intention for our session. I will begin by placing my hands above your energy centers and start the process. While the session is primarily non touch, I may lay my hands on certain areas of your body if my intuition guides me to do so. I may also say affirmations as part of the session.
